| Frequently Asked Questions How do I place an order? An order can be placed by email, fax, or phone. You will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm your order and for payment information. How long does it take to receive an order? Each piece is custom made to order. Please allow 3 – 4 weeks from time of order confirmation to delivery. How are orders shipped? All orders are shipped using FedEx. If your order is a gift, it can be shipped directly to the recipient with a gift card enclosed. What methods of payment do you accept? Currently, only personal checks or cash is accepted. At the time you place your order a total amount due will be given to you. Upon receipt of payment for this amount, your order will then be processed. Each ceramic piece is hand made and hand painted, so please treat it with care. Our ceramics are food and dishwasher safe. Do not use in the oven. What if I don’t see a design that I am looking for? We are always creating and adding new designs to our line. If you don’t see what you’d like, contact us and we’ll let you know if it’s a design that will be included in our line soon. |
